Martico Romania operates nationwide logistics and field operations for mid-market clients. The team partnered with Coprus to cut a sprawling internal system brief down to the part that would actually move the business, and to ship it at the speed operations needed.

Challenge

Martico came in with a long, detailed brief covering every edge case the operations team could imagine. The previous attempt to deliver it had quietly stalled. The business was running on spreadsheets and goodwill.

Leadership needed a system their operators could actually use and a client intake surface that converted real enquiries into active accounts. They did not need an internal product that tried to do everything.

Solution

Coprus worked with Martico's leadership to rank the requirements by the decisions they supported. Two-thirds of the brief came out. What remained was the thin slice that ran day-to-day operations and the front door that turned enquiries into onboarded clients.

We shipped the first usable release in under two months, then tightened it release after release based on how operators actually used it. The client intake site was rebuilt around the real conversion flow, not the old marketing structure.

The system grew only where real use demanded it. Nothing was added just because it was in the original plan.

Operators now run the business on software that reflects how work actually happens. Adoption across field and back-office teams grew quickly, and usage has stayed high.

The new client intake funnel converts a materially higher share of enquiries into onboarded accounts, with fewer drop-offs between first contact and first invoice.
